Issika is a community-based NGO in Okolassi, Gabon, founded around a sacred Bwiti Misoko temple led by Grand Master Moubeyi Bouale and Vincent Maghamou. As urbanization approaches, the community seeks to purchase nearby forest land to continue ceremonies, initiations, and ancestral education. Supported by Blessings of the Forest and Sacred Roots Foundation, the project will include agroforestry, iboga cultivation, youth training, and a traditional school, ensuring the preservation and transmission of Bwiti wisdom for future generations.
